From New Haven and points West.

Take I-95 North (i.e. East) To Guilford Exit 58 (Route 77 / Church Street)

At the end of the ramp, turn right (South) onto Route 77 /Church Street.  Continue South on Route 77 through the intersection with Route 1. At the stop sign turn left onto Broad Street.  Take the first right turn onto (Park Street)  Go one block to the stop sign at the end of Park Street ( The Guilford Green will be on your right. ) At the Stop sign, turn left onto Boston Street. 64 Boston Street is the fifth building on the left. (A white colonial with a white picket Fence.)  Go past 64 Boston Street and turn left onto Graves Avenue.

Enter the Office Parking area using the second driveway on the left (between two small fir trees.  The Driveway has a tan colored / sandy surface.)
Use the entrance ramp to the building from the parking area.
 

From Old Saybrook and points East.

Take I-95 South (i.e. West) To Guilford Exit 58 (Route 77 / Church Street)

At the end of the ramp, turn left (South) onto Route 77 /Church Street.  Continue South on Route 77 through the intersection with Route 1.  At the stop sign turn left onto Broad Street. From Hartford and points North.

Proceed South on I-91. Take the Left hand exit to Route 9 / Middletown - Old Saybrook off I-91.
Continue South on Route 9.
After the Middletown / Portland exits, take exit 13 (Route 17 South / New Haven exit.)
At the end of the Ramp, turn left onto route 17. Proceed south on Route 17 for 16.8 miles, throught he center of Durham and take the left hand fork onto Route 77.  (After passing the Citco gas station on the left.)  Proceed south on Route 77 for 14+ miles through North Guilford / Lake Quonnipaug area, past intersections with Routes 80, I-95 and Route 1.  At the stop sign turn left onto Broad Street.  Take the first right turn onto (Park Street)  Go one block to the stop sign at the end of Park Street ( The Guilford Green will be on your right. )  At the Stop sign, turn left onto Boston Street. 64 Boston Street is the fifth building on the left.
